NetSuite Small Business Pricing (Limited Edition) and Mid-Market Edition from a technology standpoint are purely identical.  They share the same codebase, SuiteCloud platform, service level agreements, data centers, support, etc. They are virtually identical.

The main distinction really comes down to product positioning and pricing for company size.  Limited Edition is packaged and priced for small businesses and is only available to companies that require less than 10 full user licenses and have less than 50 employees.

Overview: Limited Edition is designed for single entity companies that have less than 50 employees and need less than 10 full user licenses. NetSuite Mid-Market Edition is designed for companies that have either A) more than one legal entity and B) need more than 10 full user licenses.
