ExcelymGO Oracle NetSuite Managed Services Options
We try to make our service subscriptions as simple and straightforward as possible, offering three tiers of support plans to meet the needs of any size business.
- Managed Services (Actively Managed, Dedicated PM/ POC + Recurring Scheduled Bi-Weekly Meetings)
- The support duration is at multiples of 6 months, with minimum of 20 hours per month
- SLA Response Time: Initial response time and/ or resolution is within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- The support channel is purely “Ticket” Based
- The support capacity is at multiples of 50 hours, and valid for 6 or 12 months, or more. Comes with a more flexible top-up option once once support hours are fully utilized
- SLA Response Time: Initial response time and/ or resolution is within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Support (purely “Ticket” Based)
- An adhoc type of support or on as-needed, no contract and no required minimums-basis
- SLA Response Time: Initial response time and/ or resolution is within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
